Extensive research went into growing the right combination of Habanero peppers to create this unique flavor profile. Certified Chef Bud Selmi CSC carefully grew the peppers in the heart of the White Mountains in Conway, New Hampshire. Utilizing his experienced background, Chef Bud developed these recipes and created our outstanding Habanero Hot Sauces.

The first thing one notices is that the flavor jumps out at you, then you experience the intense heat of the hot sauce, says Chef Bud. All of our Hot Sauces have been a family projects, Chef Bud's son Ryder, came up with the concept drawing for the Spittin Fire™ label, daughter Aly and wife Deb also helped in the design of our other Hot Sauce labels.
